The Debrunner Koenig Group is an active partner in sustainable vocational training projects. Through our commitment to vocational training we aim to support Switzerland's dual education system, to develop young talent, and to establish widely supported, high quality training. We are pleased at the level of commitment and involvement shown by our staff.
Competition promotes top performance, and top performance increases the attractiveness of the profession. We show our commitment to young professionals by being a gold sponsor of the national vocational SwissSkills team, and we support trainees in vocational competitions at national and international levels.
As well as being a gold sponsor of the SwissSkills team, we also award the Debrunner Acifer trophy every year. Our aim is to recognise and honour the outstanding performance of young professionals. Each year the best performer in Switzerland from all the participating vocational championships receives both the Debrunner Acifer trophy and the free use of a car for a year.
